DELIVERY POLICY AND ARRIVAL TIMES

• Feeln festival cannot guarantee the arrival time of any physical product but we always aim to dispatch and get your product to you as soon as possible.

TICKETS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Tickets and digital products will be despatched to you immediately, however, due to unforeseen circumstances such as slow internet or lack of coverage on your device this may be delayed, Therefore we recommend waiting 2 hours to receive your ticket or digital product.  If your Ticket or digital product does not come within 2 hours please contact us at FEELN festival and we shall expedite the matter.  If your ticket or online product does not arrive within 24 hours and you wish to be refunded we shall refund your money.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND MERCHANDISE

Physical products and merchandise can take up to 14 days to arrive depending on what country you are in.  When purchasing the product you will be given a time frame for the product to arrive.  If your product does not arrive within the time specified at purchase you will be entitled to a refund, but should the product then arrive it needs to be returned to us.
